Tasting notes: A blue chai with magical color changing properties! For this blend, I took some of the teas I used for Player's Tears, and changed them up a little. The chai spices, with an addition of sage, are there but end up taking more of a back seat while fruity peach becomes one of the main stars. Sweet and jammy with a touch of savoriness. Butterfly pea flowers make this brew a dark navy blue, but add a little lemon juice and it becomes a rich purple and makes the peach flavor pop.
